We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for an ambitious and purpose-driven Recruitment and Talent Partner to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, the Recruitment and Talent Partner will be responsible for attracting talent and supporting all Tandem roles. Working closely with the People team, you will help deliver a strategic talent attraction proposition.

As the Recruitment and Talent Partner, it is important that you maintain a strong working relationship with the wider team and in particular, support the People team with adhoc tasks such as onboarding and other project work.

What you will be working on:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the recruitment process for all but in particular specialist roles, including screening applications and conducting cultural fit interviews
  • Continuously developing the brand for Tandem, including website / Job Board content
  • Candidate sourcing: proactively reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, Job Boards and Adverts
  • Process Management: booking interviews, negotiating salaries and ensuring successful placements of candidates
  • Organising and attending Tandem attraction events such as careers fairs, skills sessions and insight days
  • Overseeing the preparation and issue of appropriate contractual documentation in relation to appointments, terminations and variations of employment

What we're looking for: 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:


  • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in specialised Technology roles
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities
  • The ability to take ownership of their own workload and development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders on the right decisions when hiring


  • Previous exposure to or knowledge of the Financial Services or Fintech industry, experience in a transformation environment would be particularly beneficial
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or environment
  • Professional qualification in Human Recourses (CIPD)
