We’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead Tally’s Recruiting organization and enable Tally to continue its rapid growth trajectory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and leading a team of recruiters. You will act as a strategic partner for leaders across our business functions to identify talent needs, design proactive recruiting solutions, deliver innovative programs for diversity recruitment and ensure a best in class recruiting process and candidate experience. You will be at the forefront of all decisions influencing how we attract and retain great talent around the US and Canada.
Role impact:
Develop and implement an innovative and diverse talent acquisition solution to support continued rapid business growth
Partner with the Leadership Team to act as a single point of contact for scaling a lean, talent-dense organization
Partner with People Ops to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Create a talent acquisition strategy that delivers excellence across the talent acquisition lifecycle, including attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding talent
Build a strong employer brand through community engagement, internal and external events, meet ups, etc.
Coach stakeholders through headcount planning, development of job descriptions, setting appropriate recruiting expectations for funnel metrics and interview workload
Be an advocate for Tally’s candidates and employees to ensure Tally maintains a strong, inclusive, and psychologically safe culture
