Tally’s fast growing marketing creative team is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help bring the Tally brand to life and drive performance across our .com and CRM experiences. This is an opportunity to play a lead role in shaping Tally and the financial futures of millions of Americans. This role is available as a remote role across the US and Canada.
Lead the design approach for our website, landing pages and CRM programs, continuing to take big swings to push the creative approach to drive performance and build the brand
Work with our design and product teams to continue the definition and rollout of our new design language into your key projects
Work with the team to develop and execute ongoing test and optimizations across our site and CRM channels
Contribute to our strategy and roadmap through your vision, design thinking and user insights
Participate in and lead design reviews, design sprints and presentations across the company
Balance a fresh vision for Tally with an iterative approach to finding the right solution
Use data and user insights to drive design decisions
In this role we value:
8+ years of relevant experience
Taking consumer-facing websites from concept to launch
Designing, testing and optimizing CRM programs
Designing, testing and optimizing marketing landing pages
Balance multiple projects with tight timelines while producing high quality designs
Strong skills in ideating and conceptualizing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently while supporting the larger team
Experience concepting and testing digital marketing campaigns a plus
