We’ve successfully launched Tally, the first and only fully automated debt manager to put billions of dollars back into people’s pockets. Currently backed by some of the world’s top investors, including Andressen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins ($92MM in total funding to date), Tally’s vision is to automate people’s entire financial lives so they can be less stressed and better off financially. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead Tally’s efforts in aggressively growing our user base. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping achieve our next level of scale and be a founding member of a new cross-functional team. Role Impact:
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver amazing experiences to our users and enable sustainable user growth
Contribute to product strategy through product vision, design thinking, and user insights
Participate in and lead design reviews, sprints, and workshops across Tally
Balance vision with an iterative approach to finding solutions
Go deep in understanding our funnel and users to understand “why’s”
Use data and user insights to drive design decisions
Build upon and evangelize the craft of product design at Tally

5+ years of experience as a product designer
