Tally is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work with and exclusively support our CEO and Cofounder. This is a highly skilled position that will directly impact business success.
Role impact:
Proactively manage the CEO's day-to-day to ensure efficiency
Manage CEO’s daily calendar, expenses, and travel arrangements
Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other executives and teams in order to ensure positive outcomes
Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO and take action accordingly
Build strong working relationships with Tally investors, financial partners and other external partners
Prepare meetings and coordinate conference rooms, amenities, and presentation materials
May attend staff meetings, take notes, and follow-up on outstanding agenda items

Familiarity with GSuite tools, Slack and bonus for Zoom
Comfort in high pressure, high impact situations
