This position reports to the Marketplace Manager of Mr D.
Purpose of Role
Own the operational execution of merchandising and campaign related activities. Support the marketplace team to ensure various promotions are correctly showcased in-app and report back on.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate effectively with the Mr D marketplace, marketing and key account management team to drive merchandising and promotion related KPIs.
- Assist with converting new buyers to the Mr D platform through merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Supporting the Marketplace team with the management of the Coupon tool (campaign set up, monitoring and reporting).
- Set up, execute & monitor restaurant promotions in the Mr D promotion system
- Manage partner collections and in app merchandising using the Mr D system tools
- Collaborate with the restaurant data management team to execute menu specials
- Create and run reporting showcasing merchandising and platform insights
- Briefing campaigns to the creative team on all media required to communicate promotions and drive continuous improvement of promotional and non-promotional merchandising
- Ensure all relevant parties, including partners approve campaign artwork as part of the sign-off process.
Skills & Attributes required:
- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.
- Strong analytical ability supported by solid Excel skills.
- Ability to identify areas of improvement.
- Advanced ability to use logic and common sense to arrive at conclusions.
- Willingness to buy into the requirements of a fast paced start-up environment.
- Ability to verbalize as well as visualize findings and results.
- Enterprising spirit and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- A strong interest in Ecommerce.
- A Strong team player
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 1 years work experience in an Ecommerce Marketplace Environment/Online B2B
