This position reports to the Supply Chain Planning Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the replenishment process for dark stores to ensure continuous product availability.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to forecast needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Collaborate with store staff to address any concerns and provide support as the primary contact point.
- Develop strategies to minimize waste and markdowns, optimizing inventory turnover.
- Identify potential returns and coordinate with the returns department to process them efficiently.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock movements and generate performance reports.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss inventory issues and develop solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences to anticipate demand changes.

- Supply Chain Management: Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Retail Operations: Knowledge of retail operations, particularly in an e-commerce or dark store context, including sales forecasting and inventory replenishment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in inventory management, retail planning, or a similar role
- BCom / BTech (Commercial or similar degree)
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite, SQL, GBQ.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
