Reporting to Collects Supervisor
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Duties
- Daily cancelled orders.
- Ensure ALL parcels are checked for quality.
- Make sure all reports are in line with SLA.
- Manage exceptions within acceptable time limits
- Escalate unresolved issues where applicable
- Liaising with customers and staff.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report damaged parcels to the Supervisor on duty and the DC.
- Ensure 5S housekeeping standards are maintained
Cost Management
- Escalate any ideas or relevant concerns where cost may be effectively reduced.
Reporting & Admin
- All administrative documentation is labeled and filed as per procedures.
- All Emails/Zendesk tickets are attended to.
- All daily, weekly and monthly reports are up to date as required
SHE, Risk, Quality & 5S Duties
- Ensure 5S housekeeping standards are maintained
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance to SHERQ requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Grade 12
- Knowledge of WMS systems or similar advantageous
- Familiarity with OH&S and safe work practices
