Merchandising & Promotional Curator

This position reports to Senior Site Merchandiser.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Divisional Head and Department Managers to support the Retail & Marketplace strategy within each division. That means featuring key brands, key lines and facilitating clearing of stock where appropriate. Core to the role is to drive discoverability of these lines.
• You are the primary contact between Retail-Marketplace and the Merchandising team and need to make sure merchant marketing priorities are correctly briefed and within the deadlines.
• You need to ensure the most relevant ranges & products are elevated - based on data from Search, Conversion, Consumer Trends, Retail strategy and Marketplace Strategy.
• Besides merchant marketing priorities, you are expected to explore new ways to provide exposure to selected products in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Review performance and drive continuous improvement of product pages and landing pages to discoverability and serve customers with highly relevant products.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Business Science or Commerce preferable)
• At least 2 year’s related retail / commerce experience 
• Skilled in MS Office packages, particularly excel
• Retail buying/e-commerce experience preferable but not an absolute requirement
