About the Role:

TailorCare’s product team is growing, and we are excited to introduce a hybrid role focused on Clinical Operations and a Saleforce configuration to optimize our Clinical teams workflows. 
The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency in clinical and non-clinical settings, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Health Cloud expertise. The ideal candidate is eager to join a growing team in an emerging space. They will blend a product management approach with deep Salesforce configuration skills to drive significant improvements in our clinical operations technology stack.

The Associate Product Manager, Clinical Operations, will play a vital role in crafting and improving the essential tools that empower our teams, especially clinical operations, to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable insights, and drive the evolution of our technology stack, including deep expertise in utilizing and configuring Salesforce Health Cloud.

This unique position requires a dynamic individual who can balance Associate Product Manager responsibilities with those of a Salesforce Admin, contributing to both strategic product development and hands-on Salesforce customization.




Primary Responsibilities:

 

Salesforce Expertise 

  • Serve as the primary expert in configuring and optimizing Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the complex needs of our clinical operations.
  • Lead Salesforce-based initiatives, ensuring our product development priorities related to our Salesforce environment are aligned with operational goals.

 

Insight and Analysis 

  • Gather in-depth insights into internal users' workflows and pain points, focusing strongly on clinical navigators, care advocates, and care coordinators. Focusing on leveraging Salesforce to address pain points.
  • Conduct needs assessments, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in existing tools or the need for new ones.
  • Collaborate with user experience (UX) specialists to ensure intuitive and user-centric designs.

 

Strategic Ownership 

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive roadmap for Clinical Operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader product vision and goals.
  • Prioritize Salesforce features and enhancements, balancing user needs, potential productivity impacts, and resource availability.
  • Actively manage the product backlog, collaborating with development and engineering teams.

 

Product Development, launch, and optimization

  • Create detailed product requirements and user stories that clearly articulate solutions.
  • Configure and implement solutions within Salesforce and other platforms, leveraging existing functionalities creatively.
  • Drive the rollout of new Salesforce features/tools, analyzing their effectiveness and spearheading continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in testing, user acceptance, and roll-out of new features/tools.
  • Track and analyze usage metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented tools and drive continuous improvement.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a product-related role, or demonstrable passion for and aptitude in product development.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and optimization. Salesforce Health Cloud experience and certifications are a strong plus.
  • Process-Oriented: Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex workflows and break them down into actionable steps.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport with internal users, and effectively translate their needs into technical requirements.
