The role of Supply Project Manager is a remote position.

We are currently in hyper-growth mode and proud to have some of the largest and most reputable owners, contractors, and suppliers as our customers in the US! 
 
We're a global organization with distributed teams in the US, Latin America, and India, and our HQ is located on the campus of Princeton University in Princeton, NJ.

The Role

As we prepare to rapidly expand the number of Ownership groups & General Contractors using the Tailorbird Platform, we’re hiring our first Latin America-based supply manager. This role will help lead project management across multiple ownership groups + general contractors for our RFP Product. Managing active renovation projects, driving technology adaptions & supporting our customers all provide this individual with the opportunity for an outsized impact on the success of Tailorbird!  

You'll Get To:

  • Assist with day-to-day construction bidding activities for multiple multifamily projects.
  • Assemble bids and prepare proposals for existing clients and prospective clients in the multifamily industry.
  • Prepare and administer construction bid documents with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Assist in preparation and updates to multiple renovation construction or Capital Expenditure projects. 
  • Source, Build, and develop contractor/subcontractor and supplier relationships, within the multifamily and/or hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with clients, Business Development, Architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.3
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and engineering teams to provide information in the development of new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress.
  • Update bidding activity reports as needed. 
  • Maintain database of all subcontractors
  • Related duties as assigned.

  • Construction industry experience, preferably in the multifamily, affordable housing, and/or hospitality industry. 
  • Stability of performance under pressure and opposition

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

  • Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.
  • Ability to “think out of the box”, developing forward-thinking solutions for construction challenges. 
  • Native Spanish and advanced English.
