The Client Partner will manage Tahzoo’s relationships with current and new customers.  The candidate will build long-term relationships with 2-3 Fortune 1000 clients.  The Client Partner is in charge of maintaining the current book of business as well as growing new business within the account. Tasks will include the development of account plans, multi-year roadmaps, strategic planning, sales support, product design assistance, logistics, and marketing.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, advertising/marketing technologies, and personalization. 


What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts 
  • Generates sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling 
  • Ensures clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion 
  • Communicates client needs and demands to the delivery leadership team
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics (i.e. GM and Client Satisfaction)  
  • Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals 
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients 
  • Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service 
  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients 
  • Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines 
  • Maintains records of client interactions

Preferred Requirements:  

  • 5+ years experience at Big 4 consulting company to include managed and sales responsibilities
  • CMS, DAM, CRM platform knowledge, preferred
  • Marketing Technology Experience 
  • Advertising Technology Experience
