About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global clean energy company to develop operational process across facilities in support of engineering projects and manufacturing operation. To ensure operational processes are cascaded, understood, and conducted by appropriate personnel. Support in the development of Environment, Health and Safety processes to support safety operation of development and testing activities. Continuous improvement of safe operating practice delivered to a regulatory compliance in support of business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support e-mobility projects and production demands, meet timings and to specifications.
- Develop facility process capability in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with contractors and develop appropriate relationships and operation process.
- Understand operational requirements and support gap analysis and resolution.
- Maintain test facility operating standards to meet legislative and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the facilities workshops operate in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all activities have appropriate equipment operating process, and instruction.
- Promote and maintain good housekeeping 5S methodology across site operations.
- Support in the control of facility maintenance requirements.
- Support Health and Safety mitigation implementation.
Education & Experience:
- Experience and/or qualification within a Health and safety discipline.
- Experience and/or qualification within instructional process or authoring standards.
- Broad understanding of automotive architecture and experience relating to prototype build, validation, and durability testing.
- Able to present and transfer knowledge to a training standard.
- Experience of 5S process and compliance to defined operation process.
- Efficient reporting skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication, assertive skills.
- Good 5s methodology discipline.
- Present issues and status.
