About the Job:

The Senior Analyst role will support our loyalty growth goals, focusing on key performance measures of acquisition, activation, and user engagement.  The position will be focused on unlocking access for loyalty members to the most value and best experiences from the brand. 

The role will integrate closely with the marketing & tech teams to launch new loyalty innovations (like Taco Lover’s Pass), brand integrations (like Cantina Chicken Early Access) and compelling loyalty offers.  The individual will become an expert on our loyalty business and report to the Senior Associate Manager.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with Sr. Associate Manager on program design, execution, and analysis of programming that drives loyalty goals.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, Supply, Consumer Insights, Finance, Product, PR, Media, Digital Innovation, Partnerships, Omni Channel, Legal, CRM) on concepting, validation, development, testing, launches, and reporting.
  • Build foundational knowledge of Taco Bell business model, loyalty category landscape and QSR industry.
  • Develop a sense of ownership and command of what drives the business by closely partnering with insights & analytics, finance, and consumer insights.
  • Support project management including timelines, creative, workback schedules and meetings and partner with coach to design, draft and analyze consumer research.
  • Manage and lead program inputs & updates into key cross-functional, marketing ops and reporting documents and build a pipeline and playbook of validated offer constructs for owned and mass audiences.
  • Support Sr. Associate Manager with end-to-end execution of loyalty offers including project management, creative briefing/reviews/feedback, QA, internal comms, launch, and reporting.
  • Closely partner with cross functional teams to develop recommendations on how to improve our loyalty offer user experience and performance, to concept & validate new loyalty innovation ideas
  • Partner with Sr. Associate Manager to concept and plan loyalty integrations into national calendar & cultural moments.

Is This You?

  • 4+ years’ experience with brand management or related experience
  • BA degree required in related field, business degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills that translate to project ownership and accountability with a desire to understand, empathize, and continuously improve and solve problems
  • 1+ years’ experience with project management, cross-functional coordination that drives efficiency and continuity
  • 1+ years’ experience with creative & communication brief writing or agency experience

Salary Range: ­­$84,500 - $120,560 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
