About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for an Integrated Campaign + Media Analyst who specializes in Data Driven, targeted campaign strategies. The focus will be on driving and executing innovative and effective media strategies across a robust mix of channels including, but not limited to, television, online video, digital, mobile, paid social and performance media to drive the Taco Bell business.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating with media agencies and other partners in order to develop and execute paid media strategies through the funnel, that generate awareness, acquire new customers, increase customer engagement and retention, reduce churn, and actively move users further down the path to achieve our marketing and media objectives. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day implementation of integrated paid media campaigns across channels by having strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of campaigns. In addition, you will be assisting in developing measurement plans, managing optimization and tracking success metrics and KPIs to ensure results.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Work with team lead and agency team on executing, designing, and implementation of targeted campaigns by using integrated paid media channels to grow new user acquisition, customer recovery, reduce churned customers and engagement, and retention.
  • Help develop structured customer led media tests, analyzing results for actionable insights, and leading regular reporting on our customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Work closely with Insights and Analytics partners to develop performance measurement reporting and media mix modeling to demonstrate the impact of cross funnel activities through media.
  • Utilize and build audience segmentation and various data sources to create media presence that effectively reaches campaign targets.
  • Help develop integrated media and communication plans based on marketing, audience, and consumer insights through agency leadership and collaboration.
  • Perform necessary project management/coordination efforts across internal departments to foster plan executions (Including legal team members, Digital Team, Activation partners, Brand experience, Media Partners, Creative and Media Agencies, Social, Insights, etc.)
  • Assist in optimization efforts to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the media plans.
  • Help develop test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and accelerate media performance.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's degree not required, but a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with customer led thinking applied to paid media at agency, AdTech or within a brand team
  • Performance Media and Search Experience
  • Experience and knowledge with Martech products and infrastructures (e.g., Campaign Management, Liveramp, Customer Data Platforms, Attribution methodologies and tools) understanding what they do, and how they work together
  • Expert cross-functional partner, with success working with digital product, brand planning, data science, creative development, product planning, and other teams
  • Creative and analytical thinker, with a tendency towards the analytical. Demonstrated passion, experience, and curiosity in data-driven and consumer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player, with excellent partnership and collaboration skills, ability to influence and lead others to drive change and optimize efficiency.
  • Strategic thinker and fast learner, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive goals and deliverables.
  • Strong project management, organization, and budgeting skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly with individuals at all levels of an organization.
