The Day-to-Day:

  • Leading and growing the Taco Bell UK loyalty programme you will partner with Taco Bell’s global team to develop our first test & learn plan using the UK as a global pilot market
  • You will develop our data & customer marketing strategy and collaborate to develop a marketing-tech stack framework to drive digital sales and monetize our loyalty data-base.
  • You will partner with our media agency to develop acquisition campaigns to continue building our base of fans.
  • You will develop customer segmentation & retention strategies to grow the value of our app users.
  • You will be obsessed with the user experience across all our digital platforms identifying & prioritizing opportunities to remove friction and to create a consistent brand experience across the Taco Bell app, as well as Restaurant Kiosks, Delivery, Click and Collect.
  • Test and evaluate results, optimizing performance and experience.
  • Educate and inspire the organization around, CRM, e-commerce, and digital innovation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to bring Marketing strategy and briefs to life through new digital initiatives
  • Unlock new consumer insights to help develop innovation roadmap
  • Bridge the gap between the marketing team and the technology team
  • Franchisee, tech vendor and agency management.

Is This You?

  • 3-5 years industry experience preferred – i.e. Sports Marketing, Gaming and Event Marketing experience
  • A high level of organizational skills
  • Interpersonal communications while maintaining high level of confidentiality
  • Proven track record of ability to utilize critical thinking skills and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Possesses ability to take initiative for problem solving and ability to discern the time frame in which material should be distributed to various entities
  • Prior sports and entertainment marketing experience
  • Experience in even coordination with proven ability to communicate, understanding role and direction in order to achieve first class executional excellence
