About the Job:
At Taco Bell, we aren’t just looking for candidates. We are looking for digital rock stars who understand are passionate about how technology can improve our overall customer experience. We are seeking the right person to join our Digital Team. The Digital Analytics Associate Manager will focus on tagging, analyzing and optimizing our customer behavior across all digital channels to drive sales. They will work cross functionality with our ecommerce, marketing and technology teams as well as our various vendors.
Lead Omni-channel analytics and tagging strategy across web, app and kiosk channels
Analyze customer behavior to identify areas of UX optimization and new feature development
Manage analytics and tagging vendors to ensure all platforms are reporting accurately
Partner with Product Owners to design A/B tests and experiments to drive better results
Work closely with QA on data layer validation tests to ensure new features are tracked properly
Oversee personalization engine to analyze and optimize up-sell performance across
Constantly monitor and analyze digital channel performance to identify areas of opportunity

3 – 5 years of experience in web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics), personalization tools, tag management solution, and testing tools
Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Business, Marketing, or quantitative discipline
Outstanding analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to interact with senior management, work independently and work cross functionality in a collaborative environment
