We are looking for a qualified Senior Business Development Manager to assist in our sales and revenue generation efforts. The Senior Business Development Manager will create his/her own sales pipeline of advertising agency and direct clients, communications and optimization or our clients’ campaigns. 



  • Increase sales pipeline activities for TAB’s sales and revenue initiatives to grow the advertiser portfolio
  • Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and RFP’s for submission to potential clients
  • Initiate due diligence activities to establish sales leads to acquire and negotiate advertising budgets with various direct clients and agencies
  • Actively develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and manage day today relationships
  • Conduct market research of competitors to identify market trends and new opportunities to product growth
  • Assist various teams with campaign launching by communicating client expectations through key performance measurements, client needs, identifying barriers and obstacles prior to campaigncommencement
  • Work with the design teams to ensure assets are created and resized for various traffic sources and placements
  • Collect and assist in analyzation of client reporting measurements, performance analysis, and forecasting to help facilitate optimal performance of client campaigns
  • Provide Account Managers and campaign management teams with requested reports and client feedback
  • Up-sell and cross-sell clients on new or existing company related products
  • Attend various trade shows and conferences to represent TAB and its products
  • Work with Account Managers and/or client creative partners to recommend necessary creative changes


  • 2-3 years of professional experience working in Business Development or Sales in the Ad Agency and Adtech/Mar-tech/Mobile Industry
  • University degree in a corresponding field
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Competence in both independent and team work with an initiative approach and full ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and effective problem solving skills
  • High level of professionalism, business acumen and work ethics
  • Ability to develop persuasive pitches
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced company environment
