What you will do:
- Be the subject matter expert on Sysdig's container security and monitoring solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Sysdig's products to potential customers. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and challenges of each customer.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on how Sysdig's solutions can address those needs effectively.
- Assist prospect with proof-of-value (PoV) and ensure a smooth transition from evaluation to adoption.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to understand customer feedback and influence product development roadmaps.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and help the sales team position Sysdig effectively against competitors.
- Provide training and enablement to customers & partners on Sysdig's products and best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practice guides for Sysdig's solutions.
What you will bring with you:
- 10+ years of technical sales experience with infrastructure, enterprise software
- Experience in the container ecosystem and microservices
- Experience with DevOps methodologies
- History of success working directly with end users
- World-class reliability and business awareness
