What you will do

  • Drive the global business analytics and insights vision, strategy, and execution for Sysdig’s GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Collaborate with c-level executives, senior leadership, and Finance to develop and improve the business’s analytics infrastructure and ongoing deliverables including compiling metrics, building slide/presentation packages, and participating in monthly and quarterly business reviews

  • Analyze and distill insights from data across the customer lifecycle, including marketing investment and outcomes, pipeline generation and progression, bookings and performance data, and customer retention and health

  • Deliver ongoing visibility to GTM team management and practitioners into their respective parts of the business and tie back to the overarching business strategy and execution

  • Develop and manage data models, dashboards, and reports for the business using Snowflake, Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics, and Salesforce.com 

  • Provide subject matter expertise to assist the business in developing a comprehensive data management & analytics strategy to support the business’s growth

  • Oversee and manage data quality, data security, and data compliance within SFDC, Marketo, Snowflake, Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics, and other data repositories.

  • Scale the BI/Analytics function by recruiting and building out a team of BI/Analytics managers and analysts to support the needs of the business.

 

What you will bring with you

  • 10+ years of analytics experience with a focus on pipeline, revenue, or financial analysis

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales forecasting or financial analytics is required

  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics and Snowflake experience is a plus)

  • Knowledge of best practices for setting up data tables and schema configurations

  • Experience running SaaS sales forecast analysis with an understanding of SaaS demand generation and sales processes, SaaS metrics, and CRM data model

  • Close attention to detail and diligent review habits
