What you will do
We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to support our rapid growth! Building out our Field Sales and Sales Engineering organization is a critical part of our growth strategy, and we need highly experienced Sales Recruiters to join our team!
Full cycle recruiting across a range of GTM roles with a major on Sales recruiting
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop target profiles
Drive creative sourcing strategies to build pipeline
Manage the hiring process to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience
Be a trusted partner and advisor to the hiring managers across your organization
Manage ATS and associated data to enable automated insights into analytics
What you will bring with you
Several years recruiting experience hiring Enterprise Sales roles in software companies
Ideally from a SaaS background - any security experience highly desirable
Used to high growth in a startup environment
Comfortable managing full life cycle recruiting
