We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior HR Manager to lead our compensation, recognition, and benefits initiatives. This role is crucial in aligning our total rewards framework with our business objectives, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the competitive technology sector. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy for sustained growth. This role will partner with leaders throughout the business, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaborations with our Finance team.


Primary Responsibilities:

Compensation Leadership :
•    Designing and implementing compensation architecture with external partner
•    Develop and implement a forward-thinking global compensation strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and market trends.
•    Oversee executive compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
•    Conduct ongoing market analysis to maintain competitive positioning and internal equity.
•    Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning and bonus allocation.

Benefits Management :
•    Design and manage global benefits programs   that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce.
•    Oversee administration of U.S. benefits programs (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), wellness programs).
•    Oversee annual 401K True Up and 401K audit
•    Manage vendor and broker relationships to enhance program effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
•    Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements; prepare necessary filings and reports.
•    Drive cost efficiency through benefits options for employees and company
•    Evaluate and implement opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
•    Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries on benefits.
•    Develop resources, training materials, and online portals to enhance employee understanding of benefit options.
•    Oversee open enrollment processes, plan changes, carrier feed updates and communication strategies.
•    Conduct audits, analyze benefits data, and provide actionable insights for program improvements.
•    Responsible for employee leave administration
•    Process and track all benefits-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Employee Recognition and Engagement : 
•    Develop and manage a robust employee recognition program that fosters a culture of appreciation and motivation.

Global Collaboration and Governance :
•    Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of total rewards processes across all locations.
•    Lead global initiatives related to compensation and benefits, providing expert guidance on complex issues.

Process Optimization and Efficiency :
•    Lead process for reviewing hiring, promotions, market adjustments, and title changes in close partnership with Finance to ensure a more streamlined process.
•    Streamline compensation and benefits processes to enhance efficiency and reduce unnecessary meetings for senior leaders.
•    Collaborate with Finance to ensure effective governance and tracking of compensation decisions.

Leadership and Development :
•    Mentor and educate the HR team on total rewards best practices.
•    Collaborate with senior leadership to align total rewards strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
•    Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
•    1-2 years of experience running benefits programs
•    Experience leading compensation planning
•    Proven experience in a global role within the technology sector
•    Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
•    Can travel 1 week per quarter

Budgeted salary range is $112,000 - $140,000

Your individual compensation within this range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.
