This role is looking for a unique individual to join the most exciting software vendor in the data management space, to be the face of Syndigo and primarily responsible for thought leadership and innovation and with a finger on the pulse of all things Syndication, PIM, MDM, and DAM.

As a Consultant at Syndigo, you shall play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to a diverse clientele. Demonstrating a keen ability to identify challenges and articulate effective solutions, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients in making informed decisions, navigating complex issues, and consulting on transformative approaches that align with their business objectives.

In addition to your problem-solving skills, you will contribute to our industry's discourse by crafting pragmatic and thought-provoking research. Your commitment to upholding Syndigo's value proposition will be evident through active client engagements, sales support, and participation in social media, conferences and industry events.

You will posses an extensive insight into the competitive landscape that Syndigo operates within and an intimate knowledge of the market and industry challenges faced by our customers.

The role will also require a keen appreciation for product marketing and product strategy initiatives as you support our teams in establishing our winning and differentiated position in the market.

The successful candidate for this Consultant role will be an expert in PIM, Multidomain MDM or Data Governance disciplines, possessing a profound understanding of its benefits and the intricacies involved in its implementation across people, processes, and technologies. Your primary focus will be on developing written and client-facing deliverables, owning and delivering the articulation of your research and thought leadership.

The Consultant will be a public face of the Syndigo brand.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY:

  • Actively define and contribute to thought leadership activities to increase Syndigo’s name recognition
  • Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy that targets various stakeholders and promotes the benefits and best practices of Syndigo
  • Support early cycle engagements with the industry and use case-relevant insights
  • Create compelling content, such as presentations, webinars, videos, blogs, and whitepapers, that showcases the benefits of Syndigo and supports our brand values and messaging
  • Work with and support product strategy and product marketing teams to research, create, and author compelling content to support the Syndigo brand
  • Contribute towards and support the business around its strategy, product, marketing, and sales initiatives by leveraging your experience and knowledge
  • Present at conferences, meetups, and other events to educate and engage the audience on Syndigo topics. Serve as an on-stage rock star for our solutions
  • Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and employees to understand their Syndication, MDM, and PIM perspectives and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights
  • Ensure our field teams are furnished with the appropriate messaging and positioning in order to differentiate and win competitive battles
  • Support field teams in client-facing engagements to deliver compelling commentary and delivery of the Syndigo value
  • Support our alliances and partner engagements to ensure consistent delivery of our messaging and positioning, using thought leadership approaches to engage and enthrall our partner community
  • Attend appropriate trade and industry events to maintain knowledge and experience and represent our solutions as a brand ambassador
