The Role:
The Customer Support Engineer is the subject matter expert for the Symbiont Platform and products. This role will be the first escalation point for clients. We are seeking someone with a passion for Client Experience and a willingness to put themselves in the clients shoes. Responsibilities include walking customers through complex integration issues, organizing feedback about Symbiont products, escalating and documenting issues as they arise. Demonstrable experience solving complex problems using technical tools and scripting languages is appreciated and useful.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a technical/client facing role
- Experience debugging complex logs
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proven track record walking clients through complex technical integrations
- Ability to work cross functionally (Client Solutions, Product, Engineering)
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience working in functional programming languages
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Salary Range:
- $80,000 - $120,000
