We are looking for an M&A Analyst to join our small but mighty team and help accelerate our growth through acquisitions. This person will work closely with our Director of M&A and COO and own all outreach, modeling of, and diligence of acquisition targets. This person will play a role in every stage of the M&A process, gaining unparalleled exposure in a high-volume acquisition environment where M&A is central to the company’s strategy. Success in this role will set you up well to take on a larger role within the M&A team or move to the operational side of the company. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Conducting effective outreach to acquisition targets
  • Assisting the team in reaching or exceeding acquisition targets through accurate acquisition models 
  • Analyzing and supporting other corporate development activities 
  • Play a role supporting organization, evaluating opportunities and executing deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting experience focused on M&A work.
  • Demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis and research in heavily transactional situations. Working knowledge of applicable finance/accounting principles.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. 
  • Fluency in Excel
