Role Description

We’re looking for a quantitative, competitive growth marketing manager to work with internal stakeholders to test and scale marketing efforts across major channels. We operate in multiple verticals that have different audiences but similar products and need a sharp growth manager to help build and execute on growth strategies for each of them.

This is a new function at the company, so the person in this role will need to be highly entrepreneurial. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with vertical leaders to deeply understand their customer profiles
  • Define, test, and scale highly-effective marketing campaigns
  • Build the infrastructure to implement and measure campaigns
  • Onboard and manage marketing agencies to extend your capacity

Your skills

  • Highly quantitative - you’re adept at running analyses to determine how effective your campaigns have been and are likely a whiz at Google Analytics and SQL
  • Very competitive - you wake up hungry to learn and excited to get better every day
  • Flexible and adaptable - you’ll be working across the organization and with different audiences
  • Exceptionally organized - you’re detail-oriented, an effective project manager, and hold yourself and others around you to a high standard
  • Strong experience with a variety of paid social channels

  • You’ll be an early member of the growth team at Sylva, so you’ll be an integral part of setting the culture, building processes, and helping us determine how to grow the team
  • You could either double down on specific channels as your budget grows, start managing other members of the team, or expand your responsibilities to include other aspects of growth
