We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our East Coast markets!
Core Job Duties + Responsibilities
Lead team of 3 market-based Marketing Specialists and work with internal and external insights to identify annual marketing business needs in the DMV, PHL, NYC and BOS
Partner with stakeholders to integrate market and national business-needs and create a singular cohesive plan focused on growing our customer base, building relevance and staying top of mind
Based on marketing plan objectives and strategies, lead Specialists to build annual and quarterly market multi-channel marketing plans for DMV, PHL, NYC and BOS.
Evolve sg marketing to scale through building awareness and trial, local engagement through Ambassadors, influencer partnerships and offline engagement.
Develop sweetgreen new market and new store opening approach to achieve new store proforma requirements
Provide continuous coaching to develop and grow the Marketing Specialist and Ambassador teams including performance management and career development
Partner with Area Directors and Area Leaders to support market and store level operations teams
Manage and partner with external insights organizations to gain information on market customer behavior
Drive innovation of new marketing strategies and tactics. Test and measure to inform and evolve sweetgreen marketing
Evaluate key performance metrics and own East zone goals.
5-7+ years experience in national or regional brand marketing
3-5+ years experience leading and developing marketing strategy
3+ years leading and developing a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
