As our Interim People Planner, you’ll work closely within the operations team to make sure that our Bangalore office runs smoothly as we tackle aggressive goals by:

 

  • Implementing initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurturing a positive working environment

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
