Sweet is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help with delivery of our core platform.  You will join a highly talented, experienced team of engineers and product managers building one of the most exciting consumer-oriented NFT product suites in the world. You will have strong project management skills, excellent influencing and communication skills, and can work closely with engineers, product managers, support staff, and senior executives.

This position is fully remote and open to individuals living anywhere so long as you can be available to work during US east coast hours. 

Your impact: 

  • Organize and track execution of multiple technology projects
  • Lead selection and plan integration of technology vendors, including payment platforms and customer analytics solutions
  • Manage 3rd party technical engagements, including penetration testing and other periodic security audits, and partner development projects
  • Provider leadership and coaching on Agile development practices and lead retrospectives
  • Work with engineering team and product managers to organize Sprint releases and ensure release quality

You have the right experience and expertise if you:

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Prior experience as an engineering lead or individual contributor
  • Eager to learn and have a willingness to take on initiatives
  • PMP, Prince2 or PMI-ACP certifications valuable not but required
  • Experience with small or rapid-growth companies is desirable but not required
