Sweet is looking for a Client Success Manager who will be responsible for managing day to day relationships of Enterprise brand clients. The CSM will also be responsible for liaising with our clients and Sweet Partnership team, establishing annual NFT plans and working cross-functionally across Sweet to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
This position requires stellar people and planning skills, good business acumen and strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of Account Director experience managing large-scale enterprise level brands with distinct visibility into P&L’s and client level reporting. The Account Director will have the ability to make clear, cogent recommendations to the client and broader Sweet team while managing multiple priorities across channels.
Your impact:
- Manage day to day client account relationship with oversight from VP of Client Success
- Work closely with Business Development, Product, Ops and Marketing to build 6, 12, and 24 month client level sales plans to optimize revenue.
- Represent client objectives across the Sweet ecosystem and develop open lines of communication with clients. Required response to client inquiries is 12 hours or less.
- Work with Senior Management to develop and measure client level KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
- Liaise cross functionally across departments to manage client campaigns and expectations from ideation through execution
- Maintain reporting for accounts and coordinate campaign level summaries as well quarterly reviews. Work with Director of Reporting to clearly and accurately measure and demonstrate performance metrics
- Work with Marketing teams of Sweet’s brand clients and Sweet’s Marketing Department to develop comprehensive Marketing and PR plans that meet the client’s objectives
- Liaise with finance to ensure client is paid timely for their revenue share and economics
- Build standardized processes and automation to manage client relationships
- Clearly map reporting to campaign objectives and commitments
- Monitor client level data such as social media, Discord, Support tickets etc to ensure timely resolution to user level issues and socialize developments through the appropriate channels within Sweet
You have the right experience if you:
- Experience working cross functionally with major consumer brands and a great understanding of the needs of account and marketing teams to assess the effectiveness of promotional programs
- Strong campaign management experience with Google Analytics or Salesforce a plus
- Demonstrated ability to make presentations both orally and in writing at both the corporate and client levels
- Client-side experience a plus but agency experience will be considered
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to meet the client’s needs
- Extensive experience communicating complex data to non-technical audiences
- Graphic design and presentation skills a plus
- Experience with consumer or user level research a plus
- Interest in NFTs and blockchains a plus
