Position Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Associate to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has strong execution skills with a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving results. This role would report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure brand alignment across company marketing activities.
- Manage our content development and execution across various social media platforms.
- Manage defined projects for tradeshow support to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage our email campaigns and track performance over time.
- Proactively look for opportunities for marketing campaigns that will drive lead generation.
- Maintaining and updating our website using WordPress.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including copywriting and creative direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Marketing, Business or related.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a SaaS-based organization in a marketing generalist role
- Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for problem solving.
