What you'll be doing:

•Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts.

•Jira story documentation for new requirements and translate them to tech specifications.

•Document training documentation for rebate system or salesforce.

•Track project progress and provide status updates by working closely with essential team leaders.

•Implement and maintain data in SFDC / rebate management system.

•Conduct adhoc data analysis for process improvements.

•Solve issues reported by global account managers and worldwide sales analyst teams.

•Be a member of the pricing team and support quote-to-cash system ongoing improvements reflecting complex partner business models.

•Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand current problem statements, capture requirements and recommend solutions for automation.

•Proactively handle data maintenance, understand system issues, coordinate testing of systems changes and provide regular post launch support.

 

What we need to see:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•3+ years’ experience working with pricing, quote-to-cash systems and reporting, data analysis and modeling in high tech.

•Knowledge of Salesforce.com CPQ , SAP, Vistex and/or other rebate management systems.

•Track record for implementing process improvements and automation of manual processes.

•Ability to critically analyze situations through a business and a technical lens to come up with solutions for complex problems.

•Self-motivated, passionate about improving sales user experience, enjoys working with business partners, takes initiative working on enhancements.

•Outstanding business aptitude, analytical skills, and a strong inclination for critical thinking.

 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

•Prior experience demonstrating knowledge of Salesforce.com CPQ or similar pricing systems.

•Deals desk/price negotiation expertise.

•Hardware/Software strategic and tactical pricing skills.

•Passion for getting things done in a multifaceted sales and technology environment.
