Sustainable Talent is searching for an EBC Coordinator to support our client's Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Santa Clara, CA. This role will be supporting our client NVIDIA.

The EBC Coordinator will be responsible for meeting preparation, managing meeting logistics and post meeting reports and evaluation processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and support Executive Briefings - including agenda and speaker preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule internal stakeholder meetings.
- Manage catering, facility/security, collateral and gifts required for each Briefing.
- Manage post meeting survey process including data entry of survey results.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot problems on briefing day.
- Ad-hoc projects supporting global EBC program.
What we need to see:
- Experience in engaging with customers, executives and VIPs.
- Experience in planning, producing and executing sales meetings and/or executive briefings.
- Background in event and meeting management/logistics.
- Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Detail oriented.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quickly changing environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, organized and able to work under pressure.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Proficient with MS Office, Briefing Source (or equivalent) and SalesForce.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
