What we’re looking for
This role is on the Growth Platform team developing our internal Experimentation Platform. The Experimentation Platform is a core technology set that empowers our company to make data-driven decisions. The platform comprises an SDK, a backend service, and an admin panel, providing a unique opportunity to work on critical components influencing key business outcomes.
What you’ll be working on
- Developing an SDK, a backend service, and an admin panel
- Developing integrations with third-party services
- Providing support to our stakeholders, including our engineering community
- Participating in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability and address any issues promptly
We’d love to hear from people with
- 5-8+ years of full-stack development experience, including web development and distributed systems
- Proficiency in cloud computing
- Willingness to work US East Coast hours
- Experience with JavaScript and Python
Bonus:
- Experience with Growth and/or Product Analytics tools like StatSig, Eppo, Amplitude, and Mixpanel
- Experience with metrics, A/B testing, and data
- Experience with SDK development
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
