More about our User Team

The User team owns the core identity and user management capabilities shared across Momentive's products and platform. We deliver solutions that support the needs of our external customers as well as our product and engineering teams as our ecosystem of products grows.

What we're looking for

Momentive is looking for a motivated Lead Product Manager to partner with engineering and design to accomplish our platform vision. You'll define and deliver powerful identity and user management features, such as role-based access control, that simplify the lives of our users, both admins and end users. You must thrive in a platform environment, understand software fundamentals, and have a desire to work with our technical teams. This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity for an experienced product manager to influence Momentive's platform strategy. The right candidate will be positioned well for incredible career growth as we execute on our strategy. You will report to our Sr Director of Product Management.

You will

  • Drive the vision and long-term strategy for the identity and user management platform
  • Own and execute on a 3 year roadmap
  • Understand existing and future platform and product needs of our customers
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our platform and product portfolio
  • Partner with product and engineering teams across the organization to align business strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies
  • Bring a perspective and process on how to sequence, prioritize and onboard various applications within the platform user management architecture
  • Establish measures of success based on data that aids in the decision-making process and achieving strategic goals

You have

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS product management or technical product management roles
  • Relevant enterprise experience in customer identity, user management, or access controls
  • Demonstrated ability to work with partners from multiple domains, including engineering, design, and research teams
  • Deeply care about customer problems and user experience
  • History of working through ambiguity and driving decisions by leading and influencing
  • Strong communications skills to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
