More about our Customer Engagement Team

Our team spans four locations, Dublin, Ottawa, Sydney and Portland. Our mission is to provide human-powered expertise to our customers and colleagues, using data for creative solutions to increase efficiency, engagement and retention. We want to enhance the lives and work of our team and customers by always improving our product. It's really important that everyone in the team contributes to a work environment and culture where each person succeeds.

What we're looking for

Someone who loves helping customers, who writes beautifully and can customize responses so our customers feel good about their interactions with us. We love our customers and want them to be happy. We believe in making sure we are human, empathetic and understanding and want our next team mate to be as excited about helping customers as we are. You will work in Sharon's team and she will do everything she can to help you feel supported as you start out with Momentive.

You will

  • Respond to customers questions by email and phone in French and English
  • You will work towards metrics, be service oriented and provide excellent support to our growing customer base.
  • You will work with a global team and think often about how we can do things better for our customers.

You have

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Curiosity about our product
  • Technical abilities
  • An appetite to learn and collaborate
  • Experience looking after customers in previous roles
