The Role

Everyday 20M questions are answered on our platform. The Analyze team is on a mission to help customers get key insights from their survey results and drive meaningful change within their organizations. Our cross functional team of engineers, designers, product managers and analysts builds DIY data-analysis tools, AI-based automatic insight capabilities, benchmarking, data-visualization and story-telling features that enable customers across our self-serve and enterprise offerings to get value from their survey results and turn it into action. 

This product manager is responsible for building the strategy and roadmap for our innovative analytics platform. Our powerful analytics product attracts new customers, while driving engagement and retention within our existing customer base. 

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, data-driven, collaborative product manager who can prioritize across multiple initiatives and partner with a large cross-functional team to deliver out-sized business and customer outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Analyze and Benchmarks product strategy and roadmap in support of key business outcomes 
  • Cultivate customer empathy and develop deep insights into customer needs and how our products can help them achieve better outcomes
  • Conduct market & user research, identify industry trends, provide competitive analysis
  • Develop detailed product requirements, roll-out plans and help build effective GTM (go to market) plans for your products
  • Work with a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases
  • Drive concept-to-launch execution of key features
  • Define and conduct experiments to test out different hypothesis 
  • Actively seek out and analyze data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate assumptions and make better product decisions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years in Product Management at a technology company
  • Previous experience building analytics and reporting features preferred. Previous experience with machine-learning or natural language processing preferred. 
  • Demonstrated success defining and shipping amazing products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle ambiguity
  • Deep user empathy and ability to advocate for new features with both qualitative and quantitative reasoning
  • Good team player - works well with others
  • Strong business judgement and decision making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, make tradeoffs and get alignment around highest impact initiatives
  • Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative or engineering related field
