You will work directly on SurveyMonkey’s Growth Team and focus specifically on new user acquisition. Your job will require you to interface with a variety of stakeholders: marketing, SEO, design, product, and engineering. You will develop marketing and landing pages to support our user acquisition strategy, run A/B tests to refine and improve the conversion of these pages, and implement SEO enhancements. Your work will have a profound impact on the overall growth and health of SurveyMonkey’s core business.
A good eye for product design
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and non-engineering teams
Familiarity with CSS, SASS, PostCSS and other CSS build systems
Experience using Git for source control
A high bar for quality of code and quality of user experience
Comfortable working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders
Experience running A/B tests
Passionate about application scalability, availability, reliability, and security
An understanding of different user acquisition channels (SEO, paid marketing, direct, etc)
Experience developing in Python and Pyramid
