Survata is hiring a Recruiting Lead to help us build and expand our organization. You will be recruiting for key hires who will and impact Survata’s short and long term success. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead the recruiting function in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Own the full-cycle, end to end recruiting process from sourcing to close, driving Survata’s hiring goals
Develop Survata’s candidate value proposition and employment brand messaging for prospective candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements (description, salary, timing, etc.)
Create and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels for both active and passive candidates for each role
Develop screening methods and process to ensure the highest quality of candidates progress through the interview process
Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to drive an efficient recruiting process, including negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates
Own all aspects of recruiting operations and infrastructure, including regular presentation of key metrics to leadership team
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in hiring in a highly competitive market
2+ yeas of experience managing and developing a recruiting team.
Success closing both business and technical roles
A proven track record of implementing strategic recruiting practices
Ability to build impactful relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
Start-up experience strongly preferred with the ability to balance multiple priorities a must
Experience using Greenhouse, Zenefits and Entelo preferred
