Survata is building the Brand Intelligence platform to help make brand insights actionable. Help us grow our supply team as we continue to build out our company and product. Our Supply Operations opportunity is ideal for an experienced operations manager or account manager with continued interest and experience in AdTech (industry experience preferred!).

Your Expertise at Work
- You will take charge of the day to day operations of the Supply Team - managing relationships with DSPs and publishers
- You will manage internal expectations across several different teams - ensuring nothing is lost in workflow handoffs
- You will improve the overall facilitation and implementation of various ops workflows - you won’t be shy about suggesting improvements and new ideas
- This role will have immediate responsibility, starting Day 1 you will be coached to become a platform expert
- You are comfortable working with a DSP and are familiar with the process of buying media programmatically
- You are comfortable pulling and analyzing reports and are able to take actionable insights from those reports
- Aside from the tactical pieces of your day to day, cultivating strong internal and external relationships is your passion - you know when to work independently and when to leverage others
- You have held a similar role at a Martech or Adtech company or agency for 1-3 years
- You are quantitative by nature or by training/education
- The start-up world is not foreign to you. You aren’t deterred by a fast-moving and ever-evolving workplace
- You are on a constant hunt to deepen your knowledge and enjoy collaborating with your team. This is an individual contributor role, but you value teamwork
