What we do:

The Talent Scout (Talent Acquisition Sourcer) identifies and engages with passive, potential candidates to fuel our talent pipeline. This role will source and screen candidates, develop talent networks, and contribute to the evaluation of applicants while ensuring a positive candidate experience. We are seeking a highly collaborative, motivated individual to join our team!

Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:

  • Dynamically source passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
  • Develop extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs
  • Performs research on the talent markets to determine the supply versus demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent
  • Develop talent maps to create deep pipelines geographically which directly support open & future job openings
  • Recommend strategic plan for building recruiting campaigns with support of Communications & Branding team
  • Identifies opportunities for postings to optimize candidate flow
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations
  • Ensure top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Continually partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to ensure an accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations
  • Deliver diversity and inclusion into every step of the recruiting process
  • May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel
  • Work onsite 5 days per week

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience using creative sourcing methods including Internet sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and passive candidate outreach techniques required
  • Experience in aerospace/aviation, technical industries required
  • Experience with high volume and surge recruiting required
  • Proven track record of sourcing hard to find candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required; Greenhouse and/or ADP preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.

The pay range for this position is:
$106,588$149,454 USD
