What we do:

As a Strategic Planning Manager at Supernal, you will be at the forefront of shaping our emerging mobility solutions. This role requires a candidate with a robust background in engineering, business, or aerospace, highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary expertise in driving the development, execution, and refinement of our critical initiatives. Your role will use deep analytical skills and an understanding of market trends, business opportunities, and innovation strategies to support our growth and the evolution of human-centered cities. Working closely with senior management, your blend of technical knowledge and critical thinking will be essential in guiding the company's direction and achieving our long-term objectives.

Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Supernal’s Corporate Strategy, playing a crucial role in its evolution
  • Analyze complex market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, guiding strategic decision-making and priority setting
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation and integration of critical initiatives throughout the organization
  • Act as a vital link between the strategy department and other business units to cultivate communication and collaboration towards achieving shared goals
  • Communicate strategic vision and progress to all stakeholders, including employees, investors, and partners 
  • Creating clear, compelling updates, presentations, and reports to build a unified understanding and commitment to our strategic objectives
  • Continuously scan the external environment to adapt and refine strategy in response to new developments, competitive dynamics, and technological breakthroughs
  • Up to 10% domestic travel
  • Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, etc.), Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, market analysis, or a similar role within the aviation, mobility, or tech industries
  • Experience in eVTOL sector is highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in market and competitor analysis
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis a plus
  • Deep understanding of the aviation industry, including key drivers of change, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape is highly desirable

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.

The pay range for this position is:
$162,198$243,298 USD
