Sr. Internal Auditor

Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. This allows passengers a seamless intermodal journey that safely transports them to their final destination. What we do:

Internal Audit is an independent department that provides assurance and consultative services to enable better strategic decision-making by helping leaders understand the risks faced by their divisions.​At Supernal, Internal Audit focuses on examining business processes to eliminate inefficiencies, test controls, identify risks, and advise leaders on risks responses.

Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of their core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:

• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
• Understanding and documenting processes and their related controls
• Testing business process controls
• Working with business leaders to develop responses to findings
• Preparing reports and communicating the findings to business leaders
• May require up to 25% of domestic and international travel
• Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another related field of study required
• Minimum four (4) years of audit experience
• Experience working in or supporting an internal audit department
• Experience in aviation or aerospace preferred
• Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor preferred
