As our Technical Customer Support, you’re responsible for helping our clients with their tech-related issues by locating the source of their problem and fixing it when possible and helping them to achieve perfect reports with Supermetrics tools. You’ll also have a chance to actively improve our customer support processes in a very relaxed and supportive atmosphere, while enjoying the great benefits that come with the job.

 

Your skills include:

  • Strong English skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid background in IT-support (3+ years of experience)
  • Tech-savvy mindset
  • True enjoyment in helping customers
  • Experience in report building (BI-tools/Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel)
  • Logical thinking on problem solving

 

We also value:

  • Experience in online marketing and/or report building
  • IT or Marketing degree
  • Proactive and innovative approach
  • Experience in PHP and/or API integrations
