We're looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Office Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively. 
  • Experience working in offices and workplace experience for a hybrid workforce, delivering creative solutions to engage a distributed workforce.
  • Data-driven with a mindset of continual improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships cross-functionally.
  • A strong communicator, keeping teams and stakeholders informed and up to date.
  • Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as workplace site operations lead and run workplace programs to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience (e.g. food, snacks, mail & packages, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to workplace service tickets, maintaining a customer service mindset to ensure world-class standards and service levels for São Paulo employees.
  • Oversee desk management, partnering across the Workplace Experience team to understand and support hybrid working.
  • Collaborate with others to implement initiatives, processes, tools, policies and playbooks related to workplace operations and programs.
  • Proactively build relationships with leadership and employees, working with manager to use data to understand the habits/needs of São Paulo employees.
  • Support in vendor management, schedule repairs as necessary and help in ensuring we have the best in class suppliers with a lens towards diversity and inclusion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for São Paulo building management.
  • Support in the budget tracking for the São Paulo office.
  • Work with the HR team to coordinate internal events including office parties, company all hands, and industry meetups.
