When our founders Juan David Rodriguez and Fabian Leon Ortega left their jobs in the Software Development industry and moved back to Fabian’s hometown in Puerto Salgar, Cundinamarca, they had a mission: to find and develop the vast amount of untapped talent from Latin America.
