As well as hiring great people, you will lead key resourcing improvement projects which contribute to the on-going development of the Talent Acquisition team strategy and of the overall recruitment experience.
You will be responsible for end to end recruitment, for finding and landing the top talents in the market.
You will ensure the execution of the hiring plan within aligned business groups as well as balance multiple time frames and expectations for budget, scope, and time.
You will be responsible for managing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer, ensuring communication at each stage. You must build strong & sustainable relationships with candidates and you are comfortable the data analysis to improve staffing performance.
We are looking for energy/drive and ability to prioritise effectively with 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry.
The candidates should have strong operational focus, combined with business acumen and proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner closely with our business leaders and hiring managers on a Global scale with the responsibility of understanding and managing the headcount plan for designated business.
