The position

sunday is looking for an Account Manager with previous experience within the restaurant industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and someone who is customer oriented. As one of the first members of the Spanish team, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of our business by building relationships with our first customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company and to define the future of restaurant payments.

Job tasks:

  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff to turn them from customers to ambassadors
  • Live and breathe the restaurant experience with sunday
  • Create and deliver the account management playbook
  • Upsell future sunday products to our restaurant partners
  • Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure we are building the best product for our restaurant partners

Who we look for:

  • You have a more than 3+ years of experience in sales / account management
  • You know the restaurants industry and restaurant processes well
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills
  • You are customer focused: You can turn prospects into customers and customers into ambassadors
  • You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality
  • You are a team player
  • You are fluent in Spanish
