The position

As an Operations Manager for Spain, your goal will be to help country teams deliver the best experience to restaurateurs. Your scope of work starts when a restaurant decides to use our solution: we need to create their business account, collect all relevant info, provide them with tailor-made QR codes and then help them make the most of our solution.  Multiply that by thousands of restaurants and you have the makings of a beautiful and complex operational system. Come help us make it seem simple!

You will report into the Head of European Operations and will collaborate closely with country GMs and Ops teams. You'll also get to visit a tonne of restaurants and enjoy their food :) 

Job tasks:

  • Make restaurants’ operations effective and efficient
  • Build a frictionless onboarding experience, reducing lead time from signed to active, increasing adoption
  • Drive sunday's penetration in active restaurants
  • Ensure restaurant retention
  • Identify operational issues through data analysis
  • Solve issues through processes and have your ideas adopted / implemented globally
  • Engage in the continuous improvement of the processes you and your teams build together

Who we look for:

  • 0 - 3 years experience in consulting and/or operational roles
  • Owner mentality & can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills: you are structured, reliable, and communicate efficiently
  • Ability to work with others (ambitious and committed, and humble and fun at the same time)
