The position

As an Operations Manager for the Europe team, your ultimate goal will be to help country teams deliver the best experience to restaurateurs. Your scope action will start when a restaurant decides to use our solution : We need to create its business account, collect all relevant info, provide them with taylor-made QR codes and then help them make the most of our solution.  Compound that with thousands of restaurants and that makes for beautiful and complex operational system. Come help us make it seem simple. 

You will report into the Head of EUR operations and will collaborate closely with country GMs and Ops teams. You'll also get to visit a ton of restaurants and enjoy their food :) 

Job tasks:

  • Make our restaurants operations effective and efficient
  • Build frictionless onboarding experience - Lead time from sign to active, conversion
  • Drive Sunday's penetration in active restaurants
  • Ensure best in class restaurant retention
  • Identify operational issues through data analysis
  • Solve issues through processes and have your ideas adopted / implemented globally
  • Engage into continuous improvement of the processes you'll build


Who we look for:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in consulting and/or operational roles 
  • Top Tier education 
  • Experiences in Customer success management or supply chain welcome
  • Owner mentality - You will get great responsibilities and from it great learnings
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills : you are structured, reliable, and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders
  • Great people to work with (ambitious and committed, and humble and fun at the same time)
